Delivery and Set-Up
Minimum Rental of $125.00 is required for free local delivery (Greater Akron, Ohio area). Rates for delivery outside the local area will be quoted on request. Delivery and Pickup will be to ground level location. The rental items will be delivered to an area that is accessible, protected and the closest point from our delivery truck. Extra charges will apply for deliveries to backyards, up or down stairs, or to any point where extra delivery time is involved. Please have rental items ready for pickup when our staff arrives for pick up.
Set up and take down is an additional 25% of order each way. Arrangements must be made in advance.
A security deposit is required for over the counter orders.
Terms are CASH on delivery. If payment is not received, rental items will not be left unless prior arrangements have been made. All prices are for one day rentals (excluding Sundays). Long term rentals are available and prices will be quoted on request.
Rental items are subject to a cancellation charge once an order has been placed.
Customer is responsible for all missing and damaged items, and will be charged accordingly.
All items should be returned cleaned, stacked and placed in original containers free of debris and other foreign material. If grills are returned requiring cleaning the cleaning deposit will not be refunded.
