Allow a space 10 feet over both the width and length of the tent i.e. a 20′ x 30′ tent (the most common size for a graduation party) will need a 30′ x 40′ space. Stakes that are used for installing the tent are set 30″ into the surface. For the safety of our installers and customers, the site should not have any buried electrical lines. gas lines. phone or cable lines, septic systems or sprinkler systems. Our best quality tent we call a Party tent. It is appropriate for weddings, top of the line corporate events etc…
Our medium quality tent is called a clean fair tent. It is appropriate for graduation parties, corporate events where a pristine appearance is not essential, pig roasts, etc…
Our lowest quality tent is called a FAIR tent. It is appropriate for county fairs, storage uses and construction tents (used in winter). It is appropriate for any event where people and food are not involved.
We request NO OPEN FLAME COOKING under or near a party grade tent. NO OPEN FLAME COOKING under a Clean Fair or Fair tent.
Although all our tent fabrics are treated with waterproof compounds, NO TENT IS GUARANTEED ABSOLUTELY WATERPROOF. Leakage may occur at seams, around the triangle assemblies where the poles are installed and at the laces where the tents are put together. A rainy day although inconvenient, should not prevent your event from being a success.
The tent can be installed at a mutually agreeable time.
